I am feeling out very vell and healthy nowadays, full of energy and able to cope with pretty much specifically what comes my way. The picture was completely different a few weeks ago. Although I was going to the gym regularly and following diet plan guidelines, I felt fed up and low, with no oomph. I was catching insect after bug and could not shake them off.
