In my practice I find normally that people are skeptical because of conflict. So much in sequence, that when someone does whatever goes up their proverbial nose, they don't inform anything, withdraw, count to do ten, get over annoyed when someone, or just ignore stage just happened. Of class, conflict that is not resolved and goes underground so to speak, often comes out with nasty spats at another individual or even in spoken, physical, emotional, or mental violence. Conflict seems as a big ugly beast it is threatens people's whole costing.
However, no matter what amount people struggle with discord, there is now very good evidence that you better learn struggling with conflict. Researcher Dr. Eaker* has found that women who do not express their feelings roughly a conflict situation are four times apt to die prematurely than girls that express their feelings. Men who remain silent and don't express their feelings held in a conflict situation seem not to be affected by that.
It is obvious that suppressing feelings has a very strong impact on women's physical health. Not only that, additionally it seems to contribute significantly to depression and extra psychological problems.
What even offers the biggest impact on people's health is not just having a conflict or a quarrel, but the way in which people fight. Women actually are most affected when our partners use critical, unpleasant, and disrespectful language. Men however are not so affected by the feel of a fight. They show a strong decline in health when the conflict or the fight caters for control.
It seems to end clear that fighting honest and being effective in dealing with conflict is not simply important for having harmony, it is also key to one's physical well-being.
