Lately I have been reading through Brandon Bays's pre-book "The Journey". For folks who don't know as well as her work, Brandon actually reaches NLP practitioner, and for quite some time worked together with Arthur Robbins. How big did it?

In my practice I personally use various methods to shift negative emotions perfectly into a more uplifting ones.
