Well, personal responsibility is definitely an mindset. It is the established knowledge that you particular your life; that you decide to every single thought, business, and circumstance occurring in your everyday living. It is taking conscious actions and knowing the consequences of those shows.
And exactly how would it relate to our practices?
Our Health is directly related to our Diet, and our diet is our responsibility. The risk of diseases such as Cardio- vascular disease and Diabetes can be reduced through trim inches away.
