For good reason, nearly all endeavor in life is rated. I've seen ratings involving who or what's #1 rolling, industry, NFL, NBA, MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL, person of the century, athlete of the century, technology, restaurants, university, arenas, travel destination, best seeing, best movie, best textbook, etc. It doesn't outcomes. In fact, there are multiple ratings for a similar #1 spot because associated with the varying value systems.
