Hey there,

Have you been seeing your doctor a bit too much lately? Headaches here, chest pains there........... breathlessness, feeling weak, dizzy, and it lethargic.

A nasty virus circulating?

Not likely.

Something you caught in the kids?

Probably not.

Well, what are?

Would you believe (and you should) that it could be that you're overweight and/or not healthy?

"No way, it can't be! " you say........ I mean you're supposed to drag yourself all the time eating chips, drinking coffee / espresso laced beverages, and exercising your fingers from the keyboard.

"That's how life made to be"........... you say, act like crazy......... make as much money as possible it doesn't matter what health risks...... retire (while being overweight or outside of shape) and spend an abundance of your retirement visiting a local doctor and hospital waiting for that new breakthrough surgery to suck up all the way fat from your bloodstream. Unfortunately, this is often true of many people nowadays. Can you possibly stop this and reduce the possibility (exponentially, I might add) that you must spend your retirement hours pitching a tent the doctor's office.

Get included.

Start a fitness consistently........... try to do a pushup (you may also do more than 1, by the way)......... take a brisk travel the neighborhood........ take a jog with your dog together the street........ try to do 10 crunches...... just move on something! More importantly, carry on.

That's all you pray........ just 2 little important things.

Start with something.......... and carry on.

2 simple, yet absolutely vital actions. In fact, they're so powerful that if you did these two little things, you would be in outline than most people world-wide!

You want to know somewhat secret?

Open your ears and listen to..........

Your doctor doesn't like to see you. In fact, they are both sick of seeing simply........... they would rather be gaming.... lol. But do you'd like to learn why they have to be long hours and spend minimal time with patients?

Because we are packing on weight and unhealthier by the day. Which equals more diseases, which equals more doctor visits, more hospital visits, more tests (very costly I'd add), more x-rays, quicker surgeries, etc. etc. and so forth.

How many hundreds and you can save are a person spending on unnecessary medicare bills? Instead of chewing for only a Twinkie....... chew on that thought for a short while.

What would you would prefer with all that more money: a new car, a house that's paid off, a holiday home, a boat?

Wow.

Living higher, looking leaner, feeling younger and more energized while pocketing free from saved doctor expenses and surgeries.

Where do i sign up?

Not at your local McDonald's or Jack in the box.

Nor at your traditional greasy spoon restaurant.

You sign up through making a commitment to adjust your lifestyle. Hey, maybe that's not what you are going to hear, but it's honorable. You and only your self, (with some help from what me, of course) could make that change.

What's the great thing about it?

So many people have obtained and succeeded by doing it strategies, and you can very! It may take moment in time, it will take more common discipline, heck, it could take some sacrifices.... but you do get so excited in the event you look at yourself in a mirror and see minimally leaner, fitter, healthier certainly.

Save money, save insurance agency hassles...... and for goodness sakes go into fitness program. I may not be able to help you have a body like Brad Pitt or Julia roberts by next week.......... but take my advice and you can more than save enough money to cling everyone you know to see all their movies......... lol. Actually, making use of your savings on doctor's really reads........ you'll have way more income than that.

In concluding, you can choose one of two things..........

1. Making a change to create a healthier lifestyle, a more sensible food, and a fitness program that will lead to greater treadmill excercise, mental health and wellbeing, endurance (use your imagination), less doctor visits (when they're practically pushing you out the door anyway), less chances for heart attacks, strokes, surgeries............ AND more money in your pocket from saving yourself readily available expenses.

VERSUS

2. A diet packed with fats, lard, cholesterol, endless carbonated beverages, "diet" drinks (that always takes a chuckle out of me), days of feeling weak, depressed, and it lethargic. Let's not forget a rise than average number of visits to the doctor, greater chance for clinical surgeries, greater chance for injuries (if and when you choose to get off your butt and do something), combined with looking unattractive to yourself and your partner (or potential significant other), WHILE wasting money on a lot of these things.

Quite the wash list, huh?

I don't know about you, but I take #1 11 times out of your 10. And, if I have you been, I would think long and hard about making a make #1 too.
